Pricing FAQ

Transaction fees are deducted automatically from each payment before settlement. Subscription fees are billed monthly to your payment method.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot process refunds, but you can issue refunds directly to your customers from your wallet.
The transaction fee covers all processing costs. FX conversion to EUR uses mid-market rate + 0.5% spread, shown transparently before confirmation.
Minimum payment is $1 USD equivalent. There is no maximum limit for verified merchants.
